- Why should I consider Software as a Service (Saas) as an option?
- Software-as-a-service provides benefits over traditional on-premise solutions to organizations of all sizes. From start-ups to medium and enterprise organizations, SaaS solutions deliver features that enable organizations to compete at levels not previously attainable with on-premise solutions.
- Why is SaaS so expensive?
- -At first blush, SaaS does seem to be more expensive than your run of the mill on premise solution. Your question shouldn't be "Why is SaaS so expensive?" Instead you should ask, "What does a software solution truly cost?" In other words, what do you have tied up in IT costs, lost productivity, wasted energy in a server room, inefficiencies; the list goes on and on. NetSuite needs minimal support, no servers, and almost no ancillary costs at all.
- I've heard the term "cloud." What exactly does that mean?
- "Cloud Computing" has definitely become the phrase du jour. There are a broad range of definitions of the "cloud" that range specific utility solutions to anything delivered outside of your firewall being considered in the cloud. Cloud computing is essentially gaining the benefits of features of a particular solution without having that solution loaded on a local hard drove somewhere in your office. Cloud computing is not a new concept, and many shifts in the market coupled with hardware and software advances has driven costs of cloud computing down. Consequently many organizations are investigating in how a cloud strategy fits into their corporate strategy.
- What are the biggest benefits of using NetSuite?

- Do I have to download any applications to run NetSuite?
- The only requirement to use NetSuite is a browser and an internet connection. No additional software needs to be downloaded or installed.
