Why should I consider Software as a Service (Saas) as an option?

Why is SaaS so expensive?

-At first blush, SaaS does seem to be more expensive than your run of the mill on premise solution. Your question shouldn't be "Why is SaaS so expensive?" Do I have to download any applications to run NetSuite?

The only requirement to use NetSuite is a browser and an internet connection. No additional software needs to be downloaded or installed.

Who handles training? Is there any ongoing training or resources?
